We were very excited to attend the inaugural Battle of The Clans event in Luce Bay, and entered a strong team to contend with those coming from Scotland and the South of England.
It was great to meet up with friends from around the country again, but the wind proved to be disappointing this time. A downwind race was held, which proved to be quite a struggle for those without specialist lightwind gear, and the freestyle competition didn't get started.
Some fun was had on the beach on the mega SUP, but most of the action happened in the bar later, especially with the chilli challenge, in which Adrian did us very proud, and very wisely brought a gallon of milk with him to drink afterwards!  
A great fun weekend with the club, hopefully they'll repeat it next year!

Another year brought us around to the club AGM once again, at the traditional pizza hut location.
It was great to discuss again all things related to the club, to re-elect our committee and to look forward to the follwing season.
